WinkPKR Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WinkPKR platform — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, play a game, or claim a promotion — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with WinkPKR. This agreement is formed by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the WinkPKR website.

WinkPKR's services are provided subject to these terms. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. Continuing to use WinkPKR after changes have been published means you accept those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use WinkPKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinkPKR does not permit accounts for anyone under the age of 18 and takes this requirement seriously. We conduct age verification checks and will close any account found to belong to a minor, along with forfeiting any funds in that account.
• You must be accessing WinkPKR from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited under local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for another person.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a WinkPKR employee or director.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws that apply to you.

WinkPKR reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may only hold one WinkPKR account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these terms. WinkPKR will merge or close duplicate accounts and may confiscate any balance held across those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, please update them through your account settings or contact WinkPKR support.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• WinkPKR will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared your credentials or failed to secure your device adequately.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact WinkPKR support immediately at support@winkpkr.ws.
• Account registration is free. WinkPKR will never charge a fee simply to open or maintain an account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

WinkPKR processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards as payment methods. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — WinkPKR does not accept payments from accounts belonging to third parties.

Deposits: The minimum deposit per transaction is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. WinkPKR does not charge a deposit fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. WinkPKR aims to process withdrawal requests within a few hours of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has outstanding verification requirements.
• WinkPKR reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• WinkPKR is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider once a withdrawal has been dispatched from our end.

An inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to accounts that have not logged in or placed a bet for a continuous period of 12 months and carry a positive balance. WinkPKR will attempt to notify you before applying this fee. The fee will never reduce your balance below zero.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on WinkPKR are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

• A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance. Do not assume a bet is placed until you see this confirmation.
• WinkPKR reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly in error due to a technical fault or human input mistake. Where a bet is voided in this situation, the original stake is returned to your balance.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the qualifying criteria for settlement have been met, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are published in the relevant section of the WinkPKR platform.
• WinkPKR reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market at any time, without prior notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the WinkPKR live betting rules. Live odds update in real time and any bet accepted before an odds change stands at the price shown at the time of acceptance.
• WinkPKR does not accept bets from players acting on inside information or in a coordinated fashion to exploit pricing errors.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

WinkPKR offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions — which are published on the relevant promotion page. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• One bonus per person: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible bets: Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. For example, casino games and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. Full details are in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their specific terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account automatically.
• Withdrawal restrictions: You cannot withdraw bonus funds until wagering requirements are complete. You may choose to forfeit a bonus and withdraw available real-money balance — contact WinkPKR support to arrange this.

7 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WinkPKR. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods
• Attempting to reverse or chargeback legitimate transactions after receiving the corresponding service
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain a shared advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users
• Any form of money laundering or using WinkPKR as a mechanism to process illicitly obtained funds
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing WinkPKR staff, customer support agents, or other players

WinkPKR cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies in any investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to our platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

WinkPKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, collusion, or prohibited activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• A valid self-exclusion or responsible gaming request from the account holder
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period with no response to communications

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, WinkPKR reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in that account. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

Players may close their own WinkPKR account at any time by contacting support@winkpkr.ws. Self-closure requests will be processed within two business days. Voluntary account closures unrelated to responsible gaming concerns will have any real-money balance returned after outstanding wagers are settled.

9 Responsible Gaming

WinkPKR is committed to offering a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide tools to help all players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available through your WinkPKR account settings or by contacting support at any time.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. These take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 48-hour cooling period when increased.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you can request a self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your WinkPKR account will be suspended and you will not be able to access it for the specified period.
• Reality Checks: WinkPKR provides session time reminders which notify you of how long you have been playing during a session.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

We collect data that is necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account and our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the WinkPKR platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, page layouts, and the overall "look and feel" of the website — is the intellectual property of WinkPKR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the WinkPKR platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of WinkPKR's content without express prior written permission from WinkPKR. Any unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

12 Limitation of Liability

WinkPKR provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• WinkPKR shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• WinkPKR's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• WinkPKR is not liable for service interruptions caused by internet outages, infrastructure failures, government actions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Odds and game outcomes are final once confirmed. WinkPKR is not liable for losses resulting from your own betting decisions.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under WinkPKR's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from your use of the WinkPKR platform should first be raised with the WinkPKR support team, who will make every reasonable effort to resolve it promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with WinkPKR, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under WinkPKR's licence. Details of the applicable licensing authority and dispute resolution process are available from the WinkPKR support team on request.

WinkPKR's decision on all betting outcomes and game results is final unless an error or technical fault can be demonstrated. WinkPKR will not reverse correctly settled bets based on disagreement with the outcome.

14 Changes to These Terms

WinkPKR may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, or business operations. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify active players via email or in-account notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using WinkPKR and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after an update has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
